In this session, we'll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns or questions you want to ask. It's a chance for you to share your story in a safe and supportive environment, and for me to understand and explain how I can help.



If you're not ready to commit or just need one or few quick check-ins, my single session option could be the way for you to proceed. In a single session, we can address immediate concerns or specific issues that you're facing right now to give you a quick feedback, one step at a time. It's up to you to decide between flexibility and cost-efficiency.

With 10 sessions, we can dive deeper and really start to make a difference.
